    Product was new as shown. I do wish the product was shipped though with more protective material instead of a poly bag because the box was beat up a little bit during transport. Aside from that, good seller and fast shipping.

    The shipping was very fast. Ordered on a Friday and it was at my door the following Monday. The item was in the original packaging. The condition of the box was new. The item was unopened and contained all the contents. Inspecting the item, the appearance of the item was also new. After assembling the item, my MacBook pro fit and there were no issues with the ports on the device. The quality and value is excellent. I definitely recommend this seller and will purchase from again when it is time.
