  This is an excellent seller. Saved for later, will definitely buy from again, or at least check stock here before going to my local pick-a-part. They dropped me a message with tracking and let me know to reach out if anything. Item (driver mirror) came wrapped in bubble wrap ensuring safety in transit. Item came on time and looks exactly as pictured and described, no surprises. Thanks for a good, easy experience.

  Transmission looks nearly brand new. Fast shipping and packaged nicely on a pallet. Cheapest transmission I could find. I received exactly what was listed. Will definitely do business again.

  The part you shipped to us was not the correct part, was not from the advertised vehicle & the VIN# did not match. I tried repeatedly to contact you through eBay with no response. I called your headquarters only to be told I had to resolve thru eBay. We submitted a return & returned the item on 12/06/2024. As of today, 12/18/2024, you still have not acknowledged receipt of the return & still not responding to any messages. eBay had to step in & escalate our return. Terrible customer service!!

  Part was better than expected, seller shipped the item very fast and updated me as to when it got sent out and sent a message for if I had any issues they were willing to fix it right away. A+ seller here thanks again and will look forward to do business with you again!

  Part did ship pretty quickly for needing to be pulled etc. Packaging was fine. The mechanic shop that received it said it looked horrible and they didn't want to install. $1000 later and they were right. It's worse than the one they pulled from my car. It wouldn't hurt to message a customer and say "hey this isn't up to par and likely won't work" before they spend $1000 on repairs with bad parts.
