  I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this piece and the ease of doing business with this company. I reached out to the seller with questions that were answered within 24 hrs. When the part arrived, it was packaged very nicely and it was in flawless condition when I opened it. Don't get me wrong, this is not Ducati OEM quality, but then again, it's literally 1/10th of the price. All in all, I am happy with the value!
