    Shipping time was ok and customs went good on this shipment (there's been a bit of problems in the EU with shipments from Japan lately), parcel arrived undamaged and parcel was in intact despite being a softpack. The seller was polite and had good communications towards us. We are delighted to use their shop and hope to do so also in the future. Oh, and the product is great, a genuine Snow Peak item that is "Made in Japan". 5*****

    I was a little worried when I read the negative feedback of this seller, but I wanted this item bad so I took the risk- luckily everything went well and the doll arrived quite fast and safely packed. The only thing I wish they could improve is to tell the buyer when you will ship out the item: it took the seller almost two weeks (!) to ship out the item which is a little much. I had to contact the seller to make sure they will send out my package and that's not good as a seller. Pls work on it
