I started a return, used the return label I was provided by Ebay. I'm giving 5* positives for shipping and quality. The seller DID give me my refund, however he was very rude about it, told me not to buy from his store anymore. I wasn't angry, I did nothing wrong, I followed SOP for returns. Apparently returns are fine unless you want one. Rude changes positive to neutral.

I was told it got stuck in customs because it was a battery and goes thru a more rigorous inspection, so I received the item 5 weeks later. Not a big deal but got a quick response when asked for a status on delivery date from the seller. It was much appreciated being able to communicate and get an update quickly.
