    Wrong item was sent. Communication with seller was difficult as they initially replied quickly but there were no further messages after that, I did get a refund after initiating a return through eBay but have since replaced the item from another seller. Communication could be improved with this seller

    both items received were not as described. very frustrating to order a product that is not in stock as stated and to be sent something completely different and having to go through the return process costing me time and money to find a return courier. if you advertise something please have it in stock and send the right thing not an alternative that I didn't want.
