  Seller was really clear with communications on my options- if I wanted the item in the original boxes or just the item itself and how it would be wrapped otherwise. The product came wrapped as they described, was perfectly safe and was all in one piece along with the accessories. Overall, getting MiHoYo merch overseas is difficult so I am grateful they sold the plush and will look to buy other MiHoYo stuff I desire from them in the future!

  Very trust worthy seller !! They had great communication and the product arrived within the suggested time, it came with everything still nearly packaged, including the exclusive character card. Looks just like the photo I love it so much, and it was in amazing condition, very worth the money I use it all the time.
