    Seller sent me the wrong color. Although unfortunate and I would have preferred to have received the correct color to start with. It would have been to inconvenient to repack, drop it off at USPS and send back then wait. I also did not have the time needed it for a trip. I asked for a partial refund, they gave me 20% credit. That was appreciated. Thanks

    Item mistakenly identified as 18th century Meissen. However, it's a really nice piece of 20th century porcelain, & possibly Dresden. Will be keeping this. Decently priced. Arrived quickly & carefully packed for shipping. Excellent customer service with pleasant communications. Seller issued a substantial refund for shipping. A pleasure doing business with this seller.     The item arrived as photographed. It was very well packaged for easy transport from the US to Australia. Considering the distance for delivery it was a short 2-3 weeks until I received my package from purchasing. I am very happy with the products.     So glad you packed that car the way you did because USPS destroyed the outer package and had to repack. USPS REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS PACKAGE. TOOK A WEEK AND A HALF TO GET HERE FROM ONE STATE AWAY TERRIBLE JOB. SELLER WAS AWESOME PRICE AND PACKAGING WAS AWESOME. VERRY GOOD JOB SELLER
