  They didn’t have it in stock and said they sent me an email, which I never did receive, but when I reached out about shipping, they informed me that it was out of stock and refunded me that same day. Very pleasant to deal with, would buy from them again.

  Initial purchase was overall good. Found an issue with the shoe that had been overlooked by seller and was not addressed in item description. I contacted seller about the issue and they were very understanding about the issue and offered a fully refunded return or to keep the product at a discount price we both agreed upon. Initial purchase went differently than I had hoped but customer support was 10/10. Thanks!
