Through excellent and ongoing communications, using photos of the item I received, compared to the ad, I was able to show her the issue. She then agreed to provide me with a full refund and return postage in order to guarantee buyer satisfaction . For that reason, I am giving her a a very high rating.

    Hi, I describe the items I sell accurately. They pants were not shortened. As I told you, the length depends on your height and how high you wear them, high waist or low waist. Further more the inside leg measurements were specified on the listing: Inside Leg 66 cm / 26”. I resent the fact you have chosen to write a negative feedback before trying to resolve this issue with me.
