    When the package arrived, it was opened and included a radio that wasn't the one I ordered. I spoke to the seller, and he arranged for another radio, this time the correct one, and he didn't ask for the old one. The wait time was reasonable; he was friendly and honest. It was a good purchase, and I recommend it. I still need to test the device, but I'm confident there won't be any more problems.

    The Customer Service of this merchant is one of the best i have had in a long time! Even though the delivery of the package that i ordered failed the First time due to complications with the delivery Service (DHL) it was very easy to keep close and productive Contact with the merchant!
