  I am thrilled with the value of this transaction. The pieces were as expected/described/photographed. They arrive on time. I think it would be clearer in a description to say "no necklaces have sleeves, some have other packaging." 2 of the pieces need repair, one is badly tangled, but I can handle that.   I did have a problem with my first item but the seller took the time and extra attention to find a perfect replacement and I couldn't be happier. They were very understanding and kind. EXCELLENT communication by the seller as well as my buying experience! AAAAA++++
