  Item was exactly as described—used but in excellent condition. Looked just like the photos, down to the single fingerprint. Appearance was like-new, likely just opened and returned. Great value compared to buying brand-new. Fast shipping, well-packed, and a smooth transaction. Apple’s quality this year is a real upgrade over my last model. Highly recommend this seller!

  Seller assured me the Stanley had no flaws before purchasing. Waited several days for delivery. Received the Stanley with a chip of paint missing in the front of the cup exposing the metal. Damage didn't happen in transit, shipment was received in good condition. Seller provided a ground return label but shipped the item in a priority mail box. I had to pay out of pocket and seller is ignoring messages regarding the return. Selling over retail value with damage. I wouldn't recommend this seller.

  FANTASTIC seller! I bought 2 mugs for my mom and it was shipped within an hour of purchase. packaging was extra safe (wrapped in lots of paper to keep it from bouncing around in transit), and they were exactly as described in the listing. thank you so much, I can't wait to give my mom a great Christmas :)
