  As I did not receive the product (it is lost somewhere in Shanghai), I contacted the seller and they offered to fully refund my order if it is not delivered in next few days. Parcel did not arrive som I was fully refunded. It was smooth and very fair problem solving. Great approach to cudtomer. I recommend ;-)

  The seller contacted me to inform me that my order could not be delivered because of a shipping back log. Although it was not the shippers fault they offer me a refund. Thank you for keeping me in the loop and refunding me. I would consider another purchase after the holiday season.
