  Items were as shown and a good buy. The shipping time was fine. I’ve bought things online including eBay for decades and I’ve NEVER had things so well wrapped! I had things broken from eBay just last week. SO appreciate the time and detail to get this to me in such great packaging!

  Shipping, Packaging great. The product was what they showed in the picture. They sent what they show. A mistake from my side was not asking if the projector has ALL the pieces. The one they sent me doesn't have the take-up reel and now I need to buy it separately but to be fair, the reel is not present in the pictures.
