  Turnaround was very quick, one day for my item. My radio arrived packaged even better than how I sent it out, lots of bubble wrap to protect it. After I reinstalled it, the unit works perfectly now. Very pleased with this seller, would definitely use again.

  Look no further than here if experiencing stereo static w/your Accord. He fixed our static on 2017 Accord V6 Touring w/Navigation. Factoryradios knows how to fix, even though Honda claims no known stereo issues! John saved us bunch of $ and we didn’t have to pay $750+ for refurbished one on back order 3mo-1yr or over $3,400 for new one from Honda. Shipped on Sat, 7/26 & received in perfect condition today, 7/31. Excellent transaction & will highly recommend to others! Thank you, John!!

  Radio arrived back to me a week earlier than UPS said it would. It was packaged very well, and after reinstalling it seems to work great. I have not yet had the chance to run it for an extended period where the static usually began. If the static comes back I'll update my review. That aside, it was a very easy process, all my questions were answered quickly, and the repair was faster than anticipated.
