  Arrived very well packaged but was leaking. Inside seal was intact so not sure where leaking product came from unless we missed a hole in the seal. Nice note was included, with coupon and QR code to check out the business, a nice touch. I’m always wary of purchasing cosmetics on-line, however this purchase was the genuine product. I also mixed up a communication with the seller and the seller was cordial and quick with the response. I would definitely purchase again from this seller.

  The item's condition was new as described. The quality of this item was noticeably clean compared to some other purchases I have made from other sellers. I thought this was good value. I was happy to find a "Thank You" note along with my item. Additionally, the appearance of the shipping package was new and clean. Seller was fast to ship ...   I am super conflicted with my response. The product in general is a great serum, this is only my second one but I’ve had good results with it. However, the product I received wasn’t in good condition. I explained the issues to the seller as soon as I seen it and the seller immediately apologized and issued me a refund. So even though the product sadly was not good, my experience overall was good and the seller is very professional, fair and responsive. I do recommend shopping with them.
