  Arrived as described, quickly and well packaged. No complaint about the seller. Note to buyers: Apparently my Ting service is underwritten by my insurer, State Farm. Since I didn t obtain this replacement sensor from State Farm, Whisker Labs would not activate the device, and hence it was useless to me. My fault completely
