    Shipping was quick and it was packaged well and safely. While the listing for what I bought stated it came with a charger, they forgot to include it but upon contact, they QUICKLY shipped out a charger to rectify the issue. Highly recommend this seller, fast communication, great value, and will happily help with any problems.

    Awesome reel! Seller was great about communicating details, was very careful with packaging and used UPS for shipping which was great! It was here in 3 days! USPS would have taken way longer! Great to buy from a top notch seller! A+! Highly recommend shopping with them! THANKS!!

    Accurate description and the product was in perfect condition. Did come in original packaging, but it got beat up during transit (not sellers fault!). Quality + appearance is great and controller works as it should! Great value! Recommend this seller!
