  Seller (although on east coast) was easy to interact with, did exactly what they said and returned the item slightly faster than predicted. (Can't do anything about ground shipping speeds). Since the local vendor (repair facility for honda) for these items (car instrument cluster) has closed doors it was reassuring that this shop could (and did!) the work at a good price. If you own relevant equipment (they may repair other items) a good choice.
