    I received the filters and was disappointed that they did not fit. I put in for return and was prompted to a very expensive return shipping and immediately got very frustrated about this situation of me having to pay for shipping for an item not as described and expected a lot of complications. However , after email the seller with the issue, they responded within 5 minutes with an apology and full refund without having to return the item! Very pleased with this sellers professionalism!!’

    It took a long time to get here but that wasn’t the sellers fault! Our wonderful USPS service! It came as advertised and was the perfect fit for my Sundance 880 hot tub! Thank you for the product! Very reasonably priced! Took the time to package it appropriately so it wasn’t damaged!
