  I was shipped the wrong side in error for my 2013 Challenger. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately by sending out the correct mirror the same day. They were friendly on the phone and kept me updated on status. Errors happen but what can really matter is how well an issue gets corrected. This seller is awesome! The mirror was in excellent condition and shipped fast in both cases. Kudos to this seller and thank you.

  Received wrong part, simple mistake, but seller was slow to respond and to refund money (which didn't cover $30 return shipping). Made the process more difficult than necessary. Nov 22, Bought steering wheel. Nov 29, Received & realized part was different color and part number than shown. Dec 1, messaged seller. Dec 7, messaged again. Dec 9, Seller provided phone number. Dec 19, I called, they agreed to refund so I shipped back. Dec 23, Seller received part. Jan 15, Got refund (after asking).
