    Although the item arrived non-functioning, after the exchange of a few messages it was agreed that I'd tried all the avenues I could to get it working and the seller gave a full refund without quibble. In spite of the hitch, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as whatever the fault was was beyond their control and they quickly remedied the situation.
