  Please can you explain why you sent My vacuumed rucksack out with no tracking number? How am I supposed to know where my parcel is and when it’s going to arrive? How does that help the punter please explain. This is not very good customer service real easy stressing you’re sending peoples items out and they don’t know where they are or when they’re going to arrive. Please can you send me my tracking order number

  Don’t bother,some type of scam,very long delivery time,waited 2 days past that then asked for refund. They eventually told me it had been posted,never arrived and they don’t supply tracking,which was an item over £100 is odd. Don’t waste your time,buy from a reputable seller 😡😡

  Awful experience with this seller; had an issue (missing bag of parts), they were very uncooperative; had to constantly chase them for a response, excuse after excuse. Eventually sent the item back, now they claim to not have received it. Should have been a straight forward problem to fix but the seller has dragged the process out continually with no resolution.
