  The items were great, and the seller's communication was excellent. However, the courier chosen—Evri (formerly Hermes)—was terrible. The parcel's label clearly stated my correct name and address, but it was delivered three miles away to a different name and address. Through the power of Facebook, the recipient tracked me down and kept the parcel in a safe place. I then had to travel around 6 miles to collect it.

  Thanks 5* great service and great customer care my parcel went missing in the post and I reported it and got a reply in less than 5 minutes.
