  I purchased this product. Shipping was never updated until I inquired about it. Package then said delivered but never received it. Been trying to contact h to w seller and can’t get a response. Wasn’t asking for my money back, but a simple resolution or response would’ve been nice. DO NOT RECOMMEND from this seller.

I was so happy when I found this item since they don't make it anymore for the model of bed I have, and I thought it was a lost cause. Super fast shipping, and nicely packaged.   Avoid this seller. this was shipped untracked & there was a lot of confusion. I ended up having to pay extra for shipping when i wasnt supposed to. Even though I ordered through Ebay the seller shipped through Amazon & raised the price.
