    Shipping and price were fine; however, the exp date of 5/2026 listed in description didn't match the actual dates on the bags with one already expired. I did contact seller and got a prompt reply to return via Ebay, but the shipping cost was cost prohibitive. Misleading description led to neutral rating

    The advertised product was four boxes of eyedrop for $16 and some change and I ordered two 4 packs. What was delivered to me was only one 4 pack and I’m reaching out to the seller for an explanation and I have received no response. The seller went to radio silent, and I have not heard anything. I will be seeking a refund as this is false advertising.

    Got my refund ,not the greatest communication had to contact EBay but the item wasn’t new as described and missing parts but everything else was fine not sure if the product worked as it was used before I received it
