  I have been buying from this store for years without ever having a problem. The shipping is prompt as always, the communication with the seller is the best, the armored packaging leaves no room for damage to fragile items. The photos of the items never leave hidden spots with a defect, on the contrary they are highlighted by the seller. A better research on the price of some new products would help better. Personally, I appreciate a handwritten note with the seller's thanks.

  amazing service and communication from this seller. items are as shown and stated,fast shipping and was refunded the difference in shipping costs. items were packed very neatly and to a greater extent then I expected. I will be recycling/reforging these kanna planes into knives and possibly a sword or two. amazing service will be back to buy again.
