  The items I received were used (not new as advertised). The ad should have said "open box". I contacted the seller with this news. I was offered a Substantial partial refund for the misunderstanding, which was totally fine with me, as the MKSPI board and TS35 screen worked just fine (just open box). The seller's willingness to work with me to a satisfactory resolve was far above and beyond in my opinion... easy to work with, quick to respond to emails, a blessing to work with!

  Item arrived, just as posted. A plus was it came with a full size, very detailed map/poster of the human skeleton. Would do business with this seller again.

  The shipping box looked like someone threw it off a cliff. The air filters arrived with good sized dents in the metal cage that are on the outside of the filter. I succeeded in pulling the dents out. Hopefully it won't affect the performance. Better packaging may have prevented this

  Wasted my time waited almost a week stuck on label created and I go to ask weres my item due to its suppost to be here tommorow the seller took there time on reaching out to usps to find out it why my item never moved than just cancelled like that after 1 whole week after buying and all the hassale I went through I will never shop on EBay platform due to this nor recommend .
