  It came quickly. Admittedly slightly disappointed as it is not what I would expect from J Crew but that is not the sellers fault at all. Now I know to not buy this sort of thing. It was packaged well. It was as described I was just naive. It is a good value for the money. I personally would likely prefer to just pay more for what I expect out of J. Crew.

  Absolutely appalling experience! I purchased a book from this seller, and it arrived in terrible condition, all because it was carelessly shipped with no protection whatsoever. It's unacceptable for someone selling books to have such a blatant disregard for proper packaging! I had to go through PayPal to arrange a return and recover my money, a process that wasted my time.I wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone. Their negligence and lack of professionalism are a complete letdown.

  The items I received were used (not new as advertised). The ad should have said "open box". I contacted the seller with this news. I was offered a Substantial partial refund for the misunderstanding, which was totally fine with me, as the MKSPI board and TS35 screen worked just fine (just open box). The seller's willingness to work with me to a satisfactory resolve was far above and beyond in my opinion... easy to work with, quick to respond to emails, a blessing to work with!

  Item arrived, just as posted. A plus was it came with a full size, very detailed map/poster of the human skeleton. Would do business with this seller again.

  The shipping box looked like someone threw it off a cliff. The air filters arrived with good sized dents in the metal cage that are on the outside of the filter. I succeeded in pulling the dents out. Hopefully it won't affect the performance. Better packaging may have prevented this
