    Great customer service! The rug arrived well packaged and could be tracked. Unfortunately it was a little smaller than ordered, errors happen and the response from the seller was swift and they offered me a couple of options to put things right. Can not fault the customer service and decided to keep the rug which I can recommend for muddy dogs! I would happily order from this company again. Many thanks

    100% excellent seller. I had a problem assembling the cat tree and returned to the seller (I don’t think the parts were cut properly). Seller instantly refunded me, no quibble at all. Excellent communication when I was concerned which put my mind at rest. Can’t recommend enough. Product not so great as I couldn’t get parts to align, instructions not clear either. Would definitely use seller again. Thank you for a great eBay experience 😊
