  Item as described, delivered promptly, external packaging somewhat battered but goods inside were protected by their own rigid plastic cases. Perhaps a stronger cardboard envelope for posting purposes would be preferable but then cost of P & P would increase. I have no doubts about their authenticity, and compared to High St prices this outlet gets my business, and will continue to do so.

  The seller informed me that the item I ordered was not available and offered me an alternative. I declined as I already had a top identical to the one they offered, so I asked for a refund. The refund was soon in my account. Highly recommended Ebayer - great communication and understanding!
