  Tough transaction because the two identical items had already been sold and sent to another buyer. Mistakes happen. He purchased the same items from someone else to be shipped to me, and they scammed him and sent me a much cheaper make and model. What a mess! This is a very honest seller, and he immediately corrected the problem by issuing a full refund. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Communication was excellent. I would purchase from them again.

  These glasses were, as listed, true 12oz capacity. They were very securely packaged, and shipped when promised. Excellent condition and just what I was looking for. I had already returned a purchase to another seller because they were 9oz, and not 14 oz as listed. I don’t think Bormioli Rocco like these comes any bigger than 12 oz. A fair price for a classy product, even with the shipping.

  Love this beautiful, as described, Polish pottery Loaf pan. It came very quickly & very well wrapped. I have used it this summer for chocolate zucchini bread! Yum! Great value! I may give it to a niece who’s getting married if she’d like it! Either way it will be used & loved!! thanks for a great transaction!
