  My item arrived exactly as described and well packaged. Fantastic communication from the seller, pre and post purchase, really could not have been more helpful. Very happy with the price and will definitely deal with them again. A top tier seller in my honest opinion 10/10.

  Despite an issue with the VCR on arrival, the seller handled the situation exceptionally well. They responded quickly, communicated politely, and issued a full refund without hesitation. I greatly appreciated their excellent service and commitment to resolving the issue. A trustworthy and professional seller who is clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction - would definitely recommend.

  I am very sorry to hear there was an issue. As you can see from the images in the listing the item was working fine. All items are thoroughly tested and there were no issues when it was despatched.   Package arrived within a couple of days and was packed well and contained just what the picture showed. I have added a bulb and new bottle and it's running like a charm. Reasonably priced too. Very satisfied.

  Everything as described. fast shipping! Good price / value ratio. Could improve on packaging- very secure however, looked like a lot of bubble wrap pieces along with random piece of kitchen towel was just thrown in.
