    I was sent the wrong colour item at first. Once I made the seller aware of this, they bent over backwards to make things right. Their customer service and speed of delivery were outstanding and I am now a very happy customer. Oh, and did I mention that the union jack "man bag" that I purchased is of the highest quality. If you are into leather man bags, I recommend this one to all. It really is worth the money and I love mine. Excellent!
