When I was throwing away the box I found it stuck to the tape and I told them and they said it was fine for me to keep the refund. Really do appreciate them. Will do bussiness again. When Canada Post went on strike, I clearly told them I was willing to wait as long as needed. They promised to find an alternative shipping method or set up a private listing just for me once they got a shipping quote. But instead, they quietly relisted and sold the item to someone else. I was patient and communicative, but they broke their word.
