They “looped” 2 trims and packaged the item into a tiny 10”x10” paper envelope that was shredded in the back. They wrapped the torn envelope with clear packaging tape and sent it from Germany to US. The trim has not gotten back to its original shape, yet. The seller blamed damaged package due to “Christmas service” and stated that “look at the product, not the packaging.The product arrived safely.That's the most important thing.” Beware, abt seller’s concerning practice.
