I tried to contact the seller multiple times and they failed to reply. I had to chase up my package and they did not support me in any way what so ever. The packaging was poor and the item did not serve its part. It was not as described. I asked for a return within the 30 day time frame and they failed to provide the return label. I waited over 2 weeks before I had to contact Ebay customer service to step in and support.

I’m very satisfied by the product and it looked really good on my car, very happy with the product! However I would like to point out that communication could be a lot better between seller and customers. I wrote messages which were never answered. But overall efficiency super 👍

It's not a big deal, as they posted the injector the same day I contacted them. They posted it by the courier and it arrived at my door within 24 hours. Unfortunately the item was defective. Seller refunded the money once they received the item back. All in all not a bad experience.
