  The item was delivered on time, but I found it was not the part I ordered. I contacted them right away, apologised for the mistake, and offered a refund of 10 AUD. They then sent the parts, which arrived today April 1. Seller fast communication I am very happy, Highly recommended

  I ordered a brand new Perkins pump that these guys told me they had in stock. The only reason I purchased through them and not my usually supplier was downtime. I had to gety customer going ASAP as this is his main tractor. When it finally arrived over 2 weeks later it was a reco pump not new like advertised. NEVER AGAIN

  Thank you for the feedback. As stated in our messages, when you purchased the pump, we had it in stock, however upon packing your order, we noticed damage on the pump. We then had to order the part from Bosch Germany, get the part fitted and get the pump tested to ensure it was working correctly. After you received the pump, you messaged voicing your concerns and we offered a partial refund or an option to send the pump back for a full refund, which we have yet to get a response to.
