Once this was brought to the seller's attention, the seller offered to either send me one once he received a new supply (which would be up to several weeks) or refund my purchasing price. I opted to have my payment refunded. To the seller's credit, it was back in my Paypal account within a day. This response, to me, is the action of a five star seller.

When the item was shipped I only was provided one tracking number and the 2 items shipped separately. So I thought they did not ship the other. The seller then provided a second shipping number when contacted and got back in good time. It was still more complicated than it should have been.
