    The overall quality of the item is fair. It will work but the workmanship and quality control is lacking. See photo. The shipping (to travel approximately 40 miles) took 7 days. I could have driven the 40 miles (80 miles round trip) in about 2 hours. Poor customer service.

    Was very surprised to open my package when it arrived. Am used to very heavy chimes here because we get some very quick&hard winds. Will hang these in protected areas because it will not take much wind, probably only a light breeze to make these chimes tinkle. All 3 were well packed so no damage & arrived in good time. This sellersure does stay on top of customer's wanting their purchases in good order! 5☆s. Sincerely, land3345
