When my order was not delivered by the due date, instead of asking me to wait a couple more day to see if it turned, he sent a replacement that day, express delivery tracked.   An immpossible to get hair conditioner so had to buy two of these from this seller. They arrived extremely well packaged - I had been worried that they would have just been put in a padded bag and ended up squashed but no these were packaged beautifully in a box. For the packaging alone I wanted to add a few more stars. This seller is the king of packaging - well done and thank you.
