  The item was exactly as described and pictured when it arrived. Shipping was very fast and the part was well packed and protected from damage. It ultimately didn't end up fitting my vehicle, probably because of some modifications at some point, but the seller was quick to respond to my questions and offered me a refund without even having to ask. They helped me through the return process too. I'd definitely recommend this seller and will look to them for future purchases.

  My order was shipped flat rate freight. I could not tracked the shipment. The seller give a phone # to contact the carrier. It took a while but I finally received the car door today. I only give 4 stars because the item arrived to me with all packing paper loosely wrapped around the pallet. The straps came completely loose. Luckily the door has only 1 very small dent.

  Item arrived quickly and was packaged well. The biggest issue was that a lot of the manual pages were stuck together from some kind of sticky liquid that had dried up and the pages had to be individually ripped apart to be able to use any of the manuals. This wasn t shown in the pictures. Seller was responsive and took care of it. Thanks!
