  Wrong item sent without a warning. Only after enquiring to clarify, why I was sent the wrong design and colour was I told that the one I wanted was "faulty" or out of stock. But it was still available for sale on their website. Have to now find somewhere to print the return label to send it back. Then wait fir a refund. Would have saved me time and money if they'd told me they had none in stock! Poor Customer Service. 1st image: what I paid for. 2nd image: what they sent. Clearly are different

  Ordered 2 mtrs of fabric, advertised as "cut in continuous length", seller contacted me to say it was only available in 2 separate meters, so I said I didn't want it. I wanted it for a specific pattern. They sent it out any way, heaven alone knows why. The seller told me to return it for a refund. 11 days later, it still hasn't arrived! I can't even be certain they sent it, as there's no tracking for it. Seller is unreliable and unprofessional. Won't buy from them again, wouldn't recommend them!

  Very poor customer service. Fabric advertised as free 2 day delivery with a 24 hour delivery service advertised at checkout. Delivery took four days to come and was sent with a 48 hour service. Seller made no attempt to either tell me it wouldn’t be with me the day I needed or to get it to me in time. Seller was rude when I contacted them after the late delivery and accused me of lying that the listing never advertised these delivery options. I would avoid and go elsewhere!

  The seller was not good enough with me , l asked the seller to change the address since l made a mistake put the previous address which the house sold longtime the seller didn't agree so my parcels was delivered on a wrong address it so sad to lost such money l bought these items with 🥲🥲🥲

  Whilst the quality, condition, appearance and value of the fabric are great make sure you order enough fabric in one go. I didn't and although I ordered fairly quickly after the second batch was a different shade altogether. I did communicate to the vendor and their response whilst correct did not answer my question. I know between batches there can be a slight difference but the first one was "melon" colour and the second one more "watermelon". Good thing it was for a toile!
