  Item was exactly as described plus! Not all sellers include the brown glassine envelope as issued by USPS, a plus! Scot packaged the item very well and it arrived ahead of schedule and in great shape. Scot used past issued stamps for the mailing which we collectors love and the only thing I would suggest is do not put that gnarly tape on the stamps because it ruins them. I would buy from this seller again without concern.

  This is one of the best sellers I have ever come across on Ebay. Items exactly as described, good shipping time, and the shipping box was neatly covered in older postage stamps. If every seller paid attention to all the small details in packing and packaging like He did, things would be much better. I wish I could leave 20 stars. Excellence.
