  First class customer service - had a delivery issue but it was addressed in a calm and professional manner. This was impressive as the item was not a particularly "high value" one. The issue was delt with to the satisfaction of both parties and stands in stark contrast with some of the chancers, spivs, and those with untreated anger issues I've had to deal with from time to time. This seller is an excellent counterparty and I recommend with high confidence
