  arrived on time and in great condition! The items came as pictured with all accessories, wrapped in a plastic bag and shipped in a small box! Overall satisfied with my purchase and love setting them up in my home! Given the shipping was $6, it would have been nice if they were packaged a little neater, but the overall value of this purchase could not be beat!

  I would strongly recommend this seller. Reliable and quick to answer. When I received the product, it was not what I expected (my fault for not looking closely at the pictures) but she gladly and quickly refunded my purchase.

  awesome seller i had a problem & the seller was on & thE people at e-bay were there also it turn out it was just a lack of communication with good neighbors making sure that the boxes were put in a safe place thinking i was gone for the weekend however the note they left never made it to me go figure anyhow all is good

  My bear was in great shape, exactly as described. Packaging was thoughtful, sealed in a plastic bag inside the box with packing paper to ensure it didn’t bump around. Shipped quickly. I’m very happy!

  This seller went above and beyond for me after I was a little hesitant to make this purchase. The customer service end of things is through the roof with them. The items arrived as described and were well packaged and on time I would say I got a good value for my money, and I would state again this seller has fantastic service.
