  Responsive, exception communications. Seller went above-and-beyond to provide details on both APC SUA3000XL UPSes. These were exactly as described and pictured - clean, in great condition and working properly. Seller shipped via freight which arrived quickly with lift gate service. For their age, both UPSes were in good condition inside and out - minor scratches + a bit of easy to blow out dust. After adding the proper batteries and calibrating both units are working perfectly.
