  Much to my disappointment, there was a defect with the item on arrival (which was listed as new!) . While the item was “new” at a glance, the zipper was defective/broken/misformed, making it unzippable/unusuable. I contacted the seller, who said they were unaware of the defect and they graciously refunded me to make the discrepancy right!

  Very easy transaction. Was happy to see the pad was shipped UPS because it’s usually more reliable than the post office. Half pad was exactly as described. Seller provided half pad measurements when I requested them. Happy with my purchase.
