  Seller described the item accurately and shipped the item promptly. The laptop arrived boxed and very securely protected inside the box with high quality bubble wrap. I tested the laptop right away and it appears to work well. The condition appears to be accurately described and the value I received was competitive with other laptops on eBay. Overall appearance as depicted on the seller's item page was right on. Overall, I rate the seller as A+ and would buy from the seller again in the future.

  The computer is as advertised, actually it came in even better condition than what I expected from photos. Evidently, the computer was professionally refurbished. It was professionally packaged and shipping was fast. Pricewise, it was a great deal as well. The EPC is a serious trustworthy global business... Highly recommended!

  Laptop arrived very quickly, and the packaging kept it from getting beat up during transit--thanks! The laptop is pretty much as described in the listing; it actually is performing better than I had anticipated. The all the of the ports are working and I've not noticed any glaring issues. The power brick doesn't work, but the listing said it was included, not that it was functioning. Luckily, I have plenty of spares, so I'm good. Overall a great experience--fast shipping, great price! Thanks!

  The Lacie external drive arrived exactly as described by the seller. I plugged it into my older iMac and was able to save and open files. The seller was answered all my questions promptly and this was a very smooth transaction. I would buy items in the future and would recommend this seller.
