  Amazing vendor. Shipping was ultra well packed (and fast). The item was sold just as described and they worked with me to get an great value for the item. Communication was also great. They responded to a issue I had with the item, they took the time to educate me on how to set up and now I have an amazing monitor working perfectly.

  It's a great laptop. It came clean, the serial number matched the listing, the images matched what I received, all pieces mentioned came along with. Shipment received took four days. Packaging was nice and tight - big ole bubble wrap used. I ended up recommending this vendor to my boss for when we need to purchase refurb Dell's for the company. I appreciate how meticulous and honest the descriptions are for each post. Great experience and great seller!

  Buying in this store, apart from receiving an item, you receive the reliability that comes with items in excellent condition with a fairly accurate description of what you are buying. The customer service is quite good and they are quite detailed. The packaging is always excellent, which is much appreciated. The items work completely normally and at a fairly good price.

  Good deal - I feel like I got good value and a nice computer in this purchase. While it shipped over a holiday it arrival within a reasonable time. The product was packaged with care in sturdy shipping container and packaging material designed to computers. The operating system was fully installed and ready to set up with my account (feeling a bit like a new computer purchase. I am pleased and higher recommend this seller.

  Laptop was a great value. Packaged very well and shipping was pretty quick. Item was as described and still had a few weeks left on the ProSupport that wasn't mention in the listing. Would purchase from again.

  My experience with EPC-PA has been outstanding to work with this vendor! Professional, excellent and promptly replies to the client with the client's inquiries or ISSUES. In my case, the UPS shipment of a 32" monitor arrived damaged with monitors upper left corner smashed. The return process was easy and smooth and refund credited to my credit card. As such, I have chosen to order an open-box monitor (@ higher cost) from EPC-PA. Highly recommend this Vendor!!!
